PARTNERSHIPS

  • Partnered up with BLACK COALITION FOR AIDS PREVENTION to create a fitness and nutrition workshop to help educate and promote healthy habits in both staff and clients.

  • Partnered up with Sunnybrook Wellness Committee to create a highly energetic and engaging fitness workshop for all their employees to celebrate Black History Month and also to promote team-bonding between their employee over the course of 3 years.

  • Partnered up with Waterfront Neighbourhood Centre to create an uplifting and highly engaging group fitness classes as well as nutrition workshops for both adults and seniors within the community to promote wellness in the community.

  • Had the pleasure of partnering up with Ghana International School’s Wellness Department to facilitate a Wellness in the Wilderness Workshop Retreat whereby we were able to create a space where women could connect, exercise and rejuvenate, as well as explore new dimensions of their well-being.
