Hi Cleanslater,

I’m Annie B, I am a dedicated and results-driven Fitness and Health Trainer with a strong commitment to helping individuals achieve their health and fitness goals. With over 7 years of experience in the field, I have successfully guided clients of all ages and fitness levels toward their desired outcomes. My approach combines scientific knowledge, personalized training programs, and motivational techniques to create a positive and transformative experience for my clients.

My Qualifications include but are not limited to:

Therefore, I take much pride in working together with my clients in not only achieving their fitness and health goals, but also assisting clients in identifying their passions, strengths, and values so they can apply them to every aspect of their daily lives.
